Exchanges: 14 days from delivery date in perfect condition, with no visible wear. Buyer must pay for return shipping.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific cost should be based on the shipping company you choose.
If due to our reasons the received goods are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
PLEASE NOTE: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
- Damage caused by an accident
- Bad care
- Normal wear and tear
- Degradation of colors and materials by solar radiation
Returns/exchanges of products with contact with water will not be accepted.

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the original requirements, you have the option to request a refund.
You may receive a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with your order: You have purchased your products in the last 10 days and you wish to return them. We will arrange the refund as soon as possible after receiving the items from you
- The product you purchased is completely inoperable
- You have not received your product within 60 business days or 90 business days
Please be aware that refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to your account.
